Time management
There are five steps to time management
my experienceif I had to pick witch behavior pattern I am I would have to go with behavior pattern type a. Although I am a very self motivated and a hard driven individual I can become very stressed at times. I work a full time set- scheduled job and I am a full time student. I tend to think that their is not enough time in the day. I find my self getting extremely and randomly emotional sometimes and stress about everything. my mind is always turned on and I can not seem to sleep. uncontrollably i find my self falling asleep driving very often and when I do find time to sleep I still cant seem to sleep well. I wouldn't consider my life to be stressful, due to the fact that I am a type a individual I put a lot of pressure on my self. My solution is to find time for my self that does not involve work or school and to take it one day at a time. I tend to think about future disasters that have given me anxieties in the past. its all about time managing and stress techniques to find tranquility.
