coronary heart disease is a disease in which plaque builds up over time in the coronary arteries that supply oxygen-rich blood to our muscles. plaque building up over time eventually becomes atherosclerosis. the plaque can either harden or break open. which either causes a narrow blood flow or a blot clot to form and possibly block the entire blood flow. if the artery is completely blocked a heart attack can occur. when a heart attack occurs, discomfort in the arms neck, shoulders, or back may occur. you may also feel pressure squeezing in your chest. if blood doesn't restore to the heart quick enough that section of the heart may die which can lead to serious health problems or death.

fats
fats are believed to be the biggest influence in weight gain, surprisingly; that's not all the way true. to have a healthy diet we actually need to consume certain types of fats. They provide essential fatty acids, keep our skin soft, deliver fat-soluble vitamins, and are a great source of energizing fuel.

Any child is a blessing, but having a child with health complications can be very difficult in many ways. Many Parents of kids who are diagnosed with a health problem have many questions about what might happen next, how their child might feel, and what treatments are likely to be involved. There are many ways having a child with a health problem such as Nephrotic syndrome can affect the parent, the child, and the sibling. These affects can be physically, financially, and spiritually detrimental.
My brother Josue was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome when he was only two years old, due to health shot complications. Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disease that includes a group of symptoms such as protein in the urine, low blood protein levels, high cholesterol levels, high triglyceride levels, and swelling. Josue didn't have a normal life like the rest of his siblings. Unlike any other child Josue got his both his kidneys taken out at the age of six. Growing Up, Josue had to take up to twelve pills a day to keep his body functioning. Josue’s elementary school along with my mother would prepare him with special foods every single day. Josue was on a low sodium diet and could not eat certain foods with dairy products. I think by the time my brother reached a certain age, he realized he was the special kid in the family. The pills he took every day did many hormonal and physical changes to him. The pills he took every day to help him function stunted his growth, gave him low phosphorus, and stopped him from having kids. At The age of seven he was put on dialysis which took place in what kidneys are supposed to do. He was put on this machine every day for eight hours and for eleven years.
My mother could never keep a job because she always had to take my brother to the hospital. My mother was always going to fight for my brother’s life, even if she had to disobey her religion. My brother needed a blood transfusion because his blood got infected somehow. We do not believe in blood transfusions but my mother was willing to disobey her religion to save my brother. It gave my mom heart aches to watch my brother suffer knowing she can do nothing but what she was capable of. Parents usually deny the existence of stressful events, so she covered her sadness with nothing but smiles.
Not only did my brother having a health problem affect him and my mom, but it affected me. Growing up, Josue has always been the special child of the family. I feel like this journey with my brother having nephrotic syndrome was a learning experience. Through his aging I became a very caring and understanding person. I became very curious of the human body and soon became interested in wanting to help other people like my brother cure or prevent conditions such as his. Soon after a couple years at the age of fifteen he was donated one kidney and was finally released from using dialysis. at the age of 17 he began to have chest and back pains that pursued him to become unconscious and lead to a heart attack. at the age of 17 doctors "say" that he had a heart of a 40 year old man.
