Six components of skilled-related fitness
Agilityagility is the ability to quickly and efficiently change body position and direction. agility is used in sports such as soccer, basket ball, volley ball, ice hockey, and tennis.
Powerpower is the ability to produce maximum force in the shortest amount of time. sports that require a great amount of power is weight lifting , swimming , and boxing.

Balance
balance is the ability to maintain the body in the proper equilibrium, or balance. sports that require a large amount of balance is gymnastics, ice skating, and skiing.
reaction time
reaction time is the time required to initiate a response to a given stimulus. sports that re quire great reaction time are soft ball, motor sports and fencing.

coordination
coordination is the integration of the nervous and muscular systems to produce correct, graceful, and harmonious body movement. sports that require a good amount of coordination is base ball, tennis, and racquetball.
speed
speed is the ability to rapidly propel the body or a part of a body from one point to another. sports that require speed are boxers, sprinters, and swimming.
